How does the free trial work?
When you sign up, you get 30 days of full Enterprise access at no cost. No credit card is required to start. You can explore all features including DocuSign integration, automated contracts, and priority support. At the end of your trial, you can choose to subscribe to either the Marketplace or Enterprise plan.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade from Marketplace to Enterprise, you get immediate access to all Enterprise features. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens when my subscription lapses?
If your subscription lapses, your listings will remain on the platform but will no longer be publicly visible. You will retain access to your account data and can reactivate your subscription at any time to restore full functionality.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees or long-term commitments.
